Katrin is driven by her fascination and love for nature and people. She looks at nature and social structures as robust and fragile systems at the same time. She has an exploratory spirit for the inner architecture of systems and is passionate about finding new pathways for sustainable change.
Katrin combines her private industry and public sector experience with methods from natural sciences and psychology. She can look back on successful transformation projects on societal, organisational and individual level. Through her company Odonata, Katrin is working as an independent consultant, project manager and coach.
