TheLEN is an online learning hub that brings together courses, events, practical tools, and a community of facilitators and coaches. TheLEN is also a collaboration between organisations working together to turn insight into meaningful action. 

The platform offers two doors in:

For organisations, TheLEN is a partner in strengthening leadership, building capability, and designing learning experiences that help close the gap between what an organisation says it values and how it actually works day to day.

For individuals, it is a place to explore courses and events, access practical tools, and connect with others on their own learning journeys — whether that is around wellbeing, communication, leadership, or navigating change.

Why it matters
Legacy17 has long believed that the missing piece in responding to today’s polycrises is not more information, but the ability to act on what we already know. TheLEN brings that belief to life: it turns Legacy17’s decades of experience in transformative learning, action research, and people skills into something people can actually enrol in, follow, and use.

TheLEN offers:

  • Courses and events, from short, focused skills sessions to longer facilitated programs.
  • A resource library, including an evolving encyclopedia of world problems and human potential, plus a transformation toolbox for supporting change.
  • Coaching and consulting, covering leadership and organisation development, behaviour change, and wellbeing.
  • A genuine community, with space to reflect, share, and learn alongside others rather than working through material alone.

TheLEN is being built with trusted founders across sectors and countries. Each partner brings its own strengths, experience, and perspective. Together, we are creating a learning space that is practical, flexible, and designed to help people and organisations make real progress.
