What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect and store only the personal information required to provide services connected to being a member, course participant, other user of our services or to be able to answer queries. We store contact information (name, addresses, phone numbers) and for board members, dates of birth and Swedish personal numbers.
The data is used to contact members regarding member meetings and other information about the association. Course participants can expect to have their information used for receiving relevant information, reminders and feedback about the course or event to which they have applied, as well as other information about the association.
By becoming a member you consent to storing and using personal information as described above. Course participants give their consent in the registration form.
The information is kept confidential and is never passed on to third parties.
Contact forms
When visitors submit the contact forms on this website, an email is generated to Legacy17 personnel containing the data shown in the contact form. This data is used for responding to queries and build our professional network by linking people on an individual basis. The data is not shared with third parties.
Statistics
The website uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous user data and collate statistics about visitors on the website. The statistics is shown only in aggregated form and never contains personal information that can be traced back to you as an individual. If you wish to prevent Google analytics from registering your user data, you can download Google’s opt out extension to your browser.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

How long we retain your data
Personal information collected as described above is kept indefinitely unless the individual actively requests to edit or delete the data. Visitor statistics in Google analytics is saved for 26 month before being automatically deleted.

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we keep your data
Personal data is stored on Google drive, Dropbox and Mail clients.
