Why do we need Lead to Learn?

We know about the leadership needed for individual learning. How about the leadership that can enable collective learning?

In this course you will learn:

  • How to create conditions for collective transformative learning
  • How to do it without a huge investment in time and money, and without setting up yet more structures
  • How to be the leader of such a process

Over several decades and in different settings, we have refined methods and processes that support two essential aspects of leading and learning:

  • Creating a learning organisation. We all know that each individual in our team and organisation has their own strengths and perspectives. Each holds a different part of the puzzle, and being able to harness and build upon their knowledge is key for continuous collective development.
  • From Analysis to Synthesis: bridging the gap between knowledge and understanding. Analysis isn’t enouph.Especially in complex situations, it can easily lead to ‘silo thinking’, in turn leading to solutions that create more problems than they solve. Let’s talk about what comes after analysis and before action: synthesis.
