THE FOODTALKS PROJECT

FoodTalks consists of a set of action kits designed for caterers eager to provide more ethical, environmentally aware, and healthier options for their guests; and to support their guests to make better decisions regarding the food they purchase and consume. The action kits are intended to be used as a learning tool, either in self-study mode or in combination with expert support.

 

What happens in the FoodTalks project?

FoodTalks is developing action-kits for caterers and guests. These action-kits are intended to be used as a teaching tool (along with our expertise) to enable caterers to provide more ethical, environmentally aware, and healthier options for their guests; and for guests to be more prepared to make better decisions regarding the food they purchase and consume.
