Jutta’s passion and skills lie in empowering people as well as in providing innovative and creative settings of multisensory and joyful learning, ideation and development.

She founded the Visionautik Akademie together with her husband Boris and makes sure that the Visonautik Akademie is a place where personalities, visions and projects can unfold with joy and ease.

Jutta studied organizational development and pedagogy specializing in Art, English and Technology. She is a certified firewalk instructor and motivational coach and has acquired qualifications in focusing, moderation and ritual process facilitation.

Jutta is also a Transformation Host for Transformation Hosts International (THI), a community of practice for Transformative Learning and for hosting the socio-ecological transition.
